Characteristic

1.The machine has four side planning and slice double functions which can save time and enhance capacity effectively.

2.When sawing,the processing height of RMM623S is 150mm and RMM523S is 130mm, which is widely used in the efficient processing of wood structure, anti-corrosion wood, outdoor decoration strips and garden.

3.When the working table of the second bottom spindle is replaced with the planing table, the machine can do planing work, which is simple and convenient.

4.Inverter feed speed of 6-30m/min.

5.Each spindle is driven by an independent motor. Saw spindle with Ø50 diameter, motor equipped with 22kW, which is strong cutting force.

6.Two high precision bearings for supporting of the front and backward of the spindle, it is more suitable for heavy cutting.

7.Hard chormb treament has been adopted for the durability of work table surface.

8.Chain-wheel box is equipped for advancing feeding performance.

9.The first section of the press wheel and short material device is configured with lifting cylinder (pressing and lifting), which can be returned and fed at any time according to the processing requirements.

10.Pneumatic pressure loading to top feed rollers separately adjustable, for easy of feeding stock with variation in thickness.

11.Multiple sets of driving bed rollers for enhancing feeding performance.

12.Manual oil pump lubrication for working table and saddle,it is convenience for control.

13.Anti-rebound device on feeding entrance to provide wood rebound and become more safety.
